Our Deluxe groundsheets are included in our gorgeous 4m Bell tent with quality stitching attaching the groundsheet to the tent. Our groundsheets are designed to be durable and are thermally welded with 540g/m² ripstop PVC. Being completely water and vapour impenetrable and with a ‘bathtub style’ that ensures that the floor rises 10cm high means that you will stay dry in the pouring rain. To prevent tripping and make is simple to clean, the bathtub wall uses a tailgate-style system of secure hooks and eyes which allows you to drop the bathtub wall near the door and peg it flat.
Spring Loaded Poles
The durable nickel plated steel poles that come with your tent have internal spring loaded wires that help to guide the pole sections together for simple and efficient assembly. Furthermore, the center pole has a welded lanyard ring which can be used to hang a lamp, an inner tent or even a chandelier.
The signature A-frame door of the bell tent permits easy entry and exit, and holds the canvas at 90 degrees from the ground to help in preventing rain from falling into the tent when you are coming in and out. Spring-loaded poles snap together simply for fast set up and take down while also allowing for organised storage. The floor of the 4m bell tent is equipped with 2 stirrups that hold the foot poles of the A-frame securely in place. The very top of the A-frame door is equipped with a pin that sits in a grommet at the very peak of the doorframe, ensuring proper placement. A rain cap can then be placed over the pin and grommet for the door to keep rain from running down the poles and into the tent. The tent’s door, made of canvas, zips together vertically and then along the floor with each side of the door equipped with loops and ropes to neatly tie back the canvas and mesh doors to hold them open when they are not in use.
Windows and Vents
Every 4m Bell Tent comes with windows and vents covered in no-see-um mesh to keep all those pesky bugs out while still providing ventilation and airflow. Our half-moon windows have zip up covers to allow you to get your desired level of privacy and ventilation. Additionally, each of the tent’s windows is equipped with loop fasteners to effortlessly hold the covers when the windows are unzipped.
Durable Guy Lines and Tensioners
Our Deluxe bell tent series comes with 3mm guy ropes that need to be secured on before your first pitch of the tent. Please check out our assembly instructions to get a feel for the initial set up process. Additionally, plastic tensioners are provided to prevent edges from cutting into the guy lines and prolong the life of your tent.

For pegging a groundsheet to especially hard or rocky soil, we suggest D60 nails which are cheap, easily sourced, and can be placed and removed with a standard claw hammer.

The surface tension of moisture on the outside combined with the angle of the canopy allows water to run off the outside of the bell tent. Moisture held in the air on the inside is still able to escape directly through the fabric while still keeping the tent’s internal humidity low and mitigating condensation.
Our canvas is 100% cotton and we carry the official Seal of Cotton®. Made from the seed hair of this hardy and drought tolerant plant our tents is sustainable, renewable, and one of the most biodegradable fabrics on earth. Our canvas is soft with a natural appearing in an earthy beige that glows inside and out with either natural or artificial light.
All of our tents are easily adaptable to fit a modular stove jack for a tent stove. Proper stove placement is dependent on several factors including stove size, desired temperature, and intended use. Simply cut a hole in your desired flu exit location and screw on the stove jack. The tent should not be used with open fire pits. We always encourage you to be vigilant about fire safety!
